Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager II to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing moderately complex projects, working largely independently while receiving guidance on specific assignments and complex issues. The Project Manager II may oversee all phases of projects from initiation to close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more moderately complex projects.
• Oversee projects involving clients with a regional geographic footprint.
• Handle projects that require multiple services provided by regional IE offices.
• Manage projects with additional complexities such as litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence.
• Manage all project phases from beginning to close-out, as required.
• Work independently, receiving basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and potential solutions.
• Obtain technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval for proposed project plans.
• Potentially supervise senior-level engineers across various disciplines, as well as project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement representatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex projects.
• Experience with projects involving regional clients, multiple service lines, or specific complexities like environmental protection or due diligence.
