About the Role

Virtucruit is seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Installation Manager with specialized experience in advertising signage and events. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing projects from initial concept through to final installation and handover.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of 3D signage and branding projects. This includes coordinating effectively with clients, designers, production teams, and installation crews. The primary objective is to ensure all projects are delivered punctually, within the allocated budget, and uphold the highest quality standards throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor signage and branding projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and evaluate all installation requirements.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate seamlessly with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met and client expectations are satisfied.
• Supervise on-site installation activities, strictly adhering to safety regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and implement effective cost control measures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and contractors to manage project progress and secure necessary approvals.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges that arise during production and installation phases.
• Ensure consistent maintenance of quality standards throughout project execution.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and final handover documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams to facilitate efficient project delivery.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the advertising signage and events industry. A proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to installation is essential.
