Role Overview: Project Manager, IT Infrastructure Modernization

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic IT infrastructure transformation initiatives for a prominent banking client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving enterprise-scale change in IT infrastructure while ensuring continuous business operations. The Project Manager will oversee projects related to data center modernization, cloud readiness, network transformation, workplace modernization, platform upgrades, server/storage refresh, and resilience improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization programs across data center, cloud, network, and workplace domains.
• Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, and operations teams.
• Manage vendor implementation and enterprise migration plans.
• Ensure minimal to zero business disruption during transformation activities.
• Track budget, risks, resource capacity, and project milestones.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within IT infrastructure modernization projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT transformation initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating with various technical teams and managing external vendors.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
