Project Manager Real Estate

Job Summary

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a Project Manager - Real Estate to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves overseeing the development and implementation of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards, including Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Extensive experience in the project management of water and wastewater works.
• Proven experience in major government and/or semi-government program and project implementations.
• A strong record of engagement with government entities and utility providers.

• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience in implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
