About the Role

Work Gateway is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale civil projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires immediate availability and is open to Saudi Nationals by law. The role involves managing projects from initiation through to handover within a dynamic project environment, with a specific focus on airport construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities.
• Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Proven experience managing airport construction projects is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and various reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
