The Role of Project Manager

Azure is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and monitoring project execution from the planning phase through to completion. The Project Manager ensures that all projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Azure projects in line with the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare regular project status reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor the quality of works and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Identify project risks, delays, and challenges, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs and scope changes, providing recommendations when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Design, Facilities, Operations, and Community Management.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Attend project meetings and ensure that actions and decisions are properly documented and followed up.
• Follow up on outstanding works, corrective actions, handover, and project completion.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and final drawings are completed.
• Support the Projects Manager in improving project management and execution processes.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
