About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to planning, managing, and delivering projects effectively from their initiation through to completion.

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will ensure that all projects are executed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This position requires a professional capable of overseeing all project phases and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion activities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all project deliverables consistently meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and overall performance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Maintain effective and transparent communication across all project stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned from completed projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in Logistics Services is preferred.
