About the Project Manager Role

وشاح | Weshah is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with specialized experience in residential development. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position involves leading projects from the initial design and permitting phases through to final homeowner handover. The primary objective is to ensure projects are delivered to high standards of quality, within budget, and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential development projects, including villas, apartment buildings, and master-planned communities, from design conception through to final handover.
• Coordinate with external consultants, review all drawings, specifications, and finishing packages, and manage their approval processes.
• Secure necessary permits and approvals from municipal authorities and utility providers.
• Oversee tenders, contracts, payment certificates, and variation orders, while continuously monitoring contractor performance.
• Control project costs per unit against the approved budget and meticulously track schedules and site progress.
• Enforce stringent quality and safety standards on site, and supervise the snagging process and unit handover procedures.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and coordinate with the sales team regarding unit readiness and delivery dates.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on residential development.
• Proven track record of managing projects across all phases, from initial design and permitting to final handover.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, including consultant coordination, tendering, contract administration, and quality control.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will be expected to maintain a strong on-site presence to effectively oversee project execution, manage teams, and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
