The Role of Projects Manager - Security & Network Systems (ELV)

Lion-Inc is seeking a Projects Manager - Security & Network Systems (ELV) to oversee the delivery of security and network systems projects, as well as operation and maintenance contracts. This is a full-time, hands-on delivery role based in Riyadh, requiring travel to project sites across the Kingdom. The Projects Manager will report to the Operations Director and manage multiple small to medium projects concurrently for a base of repeat clients. The role involves leading foremen and field technicians, and securing additional manpower through subcontractors or temporary labor when project demands exceed in-house capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over project scope from the Technical and Sales departments, conduct kick-off meetings, and document decisions.
• Develop execution plans for each project, including schedules, phases, deliverables, permits, and approvals.
• Ensure site surveys are conducted and translated into clear execution scenarios before mobilization.
• Manage several concurrent projects and establish priorities among them.
• Control any change of scope through approved variation orders to prevent unbilled work.

Resource Management and Subcontractor Oversight

• Calculate required technicians and equipment for each project against available in-house resources.
• Identify resource gaps early and address them through temporary labor or subcontractors, including technical and commercial evaluations of each option.
• Nominate subcontractors, define their scope of work, monitor their performance, and certify claims against actual progress.
• Allocate technicians across sites daily and weekly to ensure continuous project progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically within security and network systems (ELV).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in resource planning and subcontractor management.

Work Schedule

Working hours are Sunday to Thursday. The role is based in Riyadh, with travel required to project sites across the Kingdom.
