Projects Manager

About the Role

National Medical Care is seeking a Projects Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves organizing, managing, and planning projects related to the organization's research, development, and product implementation efforts. The Projects Manager will serve as the central point person for assigned projects, ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead interdepartmental teams to complete projects to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outline project tasks and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
• Conduct cost analysis, estimate project costs, and prepare and implement project budgets.
• Perform risk assessments, report identified risks to management, and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, resolve problems, publish progress reports, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and develop a project dashboard to track progress against short and long-term goals.
• Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and share reports and analysis on assigned projects with the line manager monthly or as required.
• Manage Information Technology projects that positively impact employees.
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as requested by supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science. PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven working experience in project management, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
