Urban Builders is seeking a Projects Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing construction projects from the initial planning stages through execution and final handover.

Role Overview

The Projects Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects. This includes ensuring projects adhere to established schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while also complying with contractual obligations and applicable Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to execution and final handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and applicable Saudi regulations and construction standards.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project performance and manage associated risks and costs.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, financial aspects, and resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction standards and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires active involvement in project sites and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
