Purchasing Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing procurement and inventory management processes to ensure efficient operations and maintain appropriate stock levels. The Purchasing Supervisor will contribute to delivering memorable experiences by supporting the essential functions of the hotel's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations, including procurement, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams, particularly outlet managers, to ensure purchases align with operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices, review them for accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
• Assist with supplier management, including securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to verify adherence to order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop the purchasing and receiving team, providing training, scheduling, and guidance to ensure high performance.

Qualifications and Experience
