We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities of the QA/QC Engineer

• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct inspections of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality procedures and approved method statements.
• Identify, document, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams during inspections.
• Review material approvals, shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements from a quality perspective.
• Ensure all testing activities are performed according to approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Verify laboratory and field test results for concrete, steel, soil, waterproofing, finishes, and other construction materials.
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation, records, and quality reports.
• Participate in internal quality audits and assist during external audits.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Support project handover by ensuring completion of punch lists and quality documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements during inspection activities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a QA/QC engineering role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within project teams and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards across construction projects.
