QA/QC Manager

Role Context and Purpose

The QA/QC Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all project activities and materials adhere to specified quality standards and requirements. This involves providing essential technical support during the bidding phase and performing rigorous quality inspections at project sites to maintain compliance and quality throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical QA/QC support to the Marketing and Tendering Team during the preparation and submission of tenders. This includes reviewing technical requirements, specifications, quality plans, and tender documents.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and quality audits at project sites to ensure construction activities and materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify quality issues and propose practical solutions and corrective actions.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC management.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting tendering processes and conducting site inspections.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 22,500 to SAR 26,250 per month.
