About the Role

AMAD Hospital, a rehabilitation hospital located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Quality Management Tamheer Trainee. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to enhancing patient care and safety within a healthcare environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will participate in a comprehensive training program, gaining in-depth knowledge of clinical quality standards, patient safety protocols, and healthcare management systems. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic setting, allowing direct contribution to the hospital's commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical quality and patient safety programs.
  • Rotate through various clinical and administrative departments to understand the patient care journey and its impact on quality.
  • Shadow senior clinical leaders and quality management professionals to learn about healthcare compliance, risk management, and decision-making processes.
  • Participate in clinical audits, chart reviews, and data collection to ensure services meet established standards of care and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and report on quality and safety events, and assist in conducting root cause analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff, to support continuous improvement projects.
  • Support efforts to maintain compliance with healthcare accreditation standards (*, The Joint Commission, CARF) and other relevant regulations.
  • Help gather and analyze patient satisfaction and outcome data to identify trends and inform quality initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in healthcare quality, patient safety, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, a clinical field (*, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy), or a related discipline.
