Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out)

About the Role

شركة مرامر للمقاولات is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing all commercial and cost-related aspects of interior fit-out and finishing projects, ensuring delivery within approved budgets.

Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for comprehensive cost management throughout project lifecycles. Key functions include quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, detailed cost estimation, and robust contract administration. The role also encompasses variation management, payment certification, and continuous cost control to maintain financial discipline on all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out, finishing, and construction works.
• Perform detailed quantity measurements for various project components.
• Prepare interim payment applications, invoices, and payment certificates.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow to ensure financial adherence.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works, providing accurate assessments.
• Review subcontractor quotations and commercial proposals.
• Prepare tender documents, cost comparisons, and commercial reports.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, procurement, technical, and site teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within interior fit-out and finishing projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical skills for budget monitoring and cost control.
