Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking an R&D Seasoning Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of the R&D Seasoning laboratory and providing technical assistance for seasoning development and functionality. The technician will also support other R&D teams by ensuring laboratories, equipment, materials, and samples are managed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the R&D Seasoning laboratory.
• Provide hands-on technical support for seasoning development and functionality.
• Ensure laboratories, equipment, materials, and samples are ready and managed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality, food safety, and EHS standards.
• Support prototype preparation, lab trials, and plant trials.
• Manage sample shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Contribute to capability readiness across the Hub.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to provide hands-on technical support in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with quality, food safety, and EHS standards.
• Experience in prototype preparation, lab trials, and plant trials is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the R&D Seasoning laboratory, supporting various R&D teams across the Hub.
