The RCM & Claims Advisor Role

TAQRIR is seeking an RCM & Claims Advisor, identified as a Healthcare Claims Lifecycle Expert, for a contract position. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates under a hybrid work arrangement. The primary objective of this position is to review and optimize the entire healthcare claims lifecycle for EMS services, encompassing documentation requirements, coding accuracy, and alignment with payer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze claims workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Identify gaps in EMS documentation that impact billing processes and compliance.
  • Advise product and operations teams on best practices for revenue cycle management and claims processing.
  • Develop comprehensive guidelines and training materials for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ePCR system supports compliant and efficient claims management.
  • Provide expert input on the formulation of policies, procedures, and system enhancements related to claims.
  • Monitor changes in healthcare regulatory requirements and payer policies.
  • Support internal and external audits or reviews of claims processes.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance and reduce claim denials.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the RCM & Claims Advisor position should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, claims processing, medical coding, or a related field, ideally with exposure to emergency medical services.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a contract role situated in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of onsite and remote work to facilitate operational efficiency and flexibility.
