About the Role

Benaat Real Estate Company is seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on marketing and selling the company's properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's real estate units and projects.
• Attract potential clients and build professional relationships.
• Follow up with clients and manage sales stages through to deal completion.
• Conduct real estate visits and inspections, presenting suitable offers.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Update client data and sales opportunities on the CRM system.
• Monitor the real estate market, competitors, and pricing trends.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, opportunities, and client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Professional appearance and strong client interaction skills.
• Valid driving license; car ownership is preferred.

Experience
