Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming Customers: Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, providing information about the center’s services.
  • Managing Bookings and Scheduling: Organize the appointment schedule, confirm bookings, and keep accurate records.
  • Answering Phone Calls and Responding to Inquiries: Handle customer calls and schedule appointments through various communication channels.
  • Handling Payments and Sales: Process payments at check-out and promote center products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with customers and handle complaints professionally.
  • Coordinating and Directing Customers: Guide customers to appropriate areas of the facility.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in reception or customer service roles in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service expertise and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
