About the Role

******* is seeking a dedicated Recreation Officer (FMCO) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on planning, organizing, and supervising a variety of recreational activities and events to enhance the well-being of participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise both indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
• Arrange and coordinate sports tournaments, fitness programs, various games, and social events.
• Ensure all recreational facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Provide guidance and assistance to participants during activities, ensuring a positive experience.
• Actively encourage participation in a wide range of recreational and wellness programs.
• Monitor daily activities to maintain discipline and uphold safety standards for all participants.
• Regularly inspect sports and recreation equipment, reporting any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments for the successful execution of special events and community programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and established safety procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Recreation Officer or in a directly similar position.
• Experience gained within residential compounds, hotels, resorts, sports clubs, labor accommodations, or Facilities Management companies is preferred.
• Prior experience in the GCC region is also preferred.
