Recreation Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee daily recreation operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising recreation services, leading a team, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience within the hotel's recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise recreation operations, including services, activities, and programming for the pool, fitness center, and related food & beverage areas.
• Lead the recreation team by training, scheduling, and supervising team members.
• Oversee the setup of recreation areas, including chairs, cabanas, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities. Manage furniture setup for special events.
• Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory and supplies for linen, amenities, and food & beverage to maintain proper stock levels and minimize loss.
• Uphold regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations for guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and lead a team in a hospitality or recreation setting.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
