• Experience in recruiting and hiring sales employees.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring Saudi cadres specifically.
• Ability to train employees and prepare them for work.
• Preferably has previous experience in hiring sales employees.
• Preferably has experience in Bulk Recruitment.
• Good experience working on Excel Sheets and preparing and following up on recruitment data.
• High skills in communication, personal interviews, and follow-up.
