The Role

The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for the complete recruitment process, from initial sourcing to the final onboarding of new employees. This position requires a professional who can ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates and new hires, particularly within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, covering sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Source qualified healthcare professionals using platforms such as LinkedIn, various recruitment channels, and agencies.
• Coordinate interviews effectively with hiring managers and medical departments.
• Handle job offers, pre-employment requirements, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all required documentation is completed by new employees.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Support manpower planning initiatives and recruitment reporting.
• Ensure a professional and seamless candidate and onboarding experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
