The Role: Regional Service Specialist

Changan MEA is seeking a Regional Service Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The specialist will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring after-sales service operations and networks within the region, ensuring high standards of user satisfaction and dealer capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize regional after-sales service networks.
• Monitor and improve regional after-sales service operations.
• Lead the inspection and evaluation of dealer service capabilities, develop rectification plans, and oversee their implementation.
• Assess new dealers' service capabilities before onboarding, and manage the negotiation, signing, and renewal of after-sales service agreements.
• Continuously monitor and enhance regional user satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the annual after-sales service plan for the regional market.
• Track and research regional service policies, regulations, and market intelligence.
• Lead the preparation of after-sales service support for new vehicle launches in the regional market.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
