Relationship Manager Affluent Banking (Wadi Al Dawasir)

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Affluent Banking to join the team in Wadi Ad Dawasir, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing client relationships within the affluent banking segment and driving business development. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients through regular visits to major prospects and existing customers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' organizations, industries, and global practices to effectively meet their banking needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities and actively sell Retail Banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Maximize product penetration and cross-selling, and seek structured finance opportunities to deliver effective services.
• Develop and implement account plans in a timely manner, ensuring prompt follow-up on identified action items.
• Provide insights on governmental demand for commercially viable loans that meet market needs.
• Review and approve Credit Applications (CAs) according to authority levels, ensuring quality and completeness before submission to Credit for review.
• Collaborate with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management to secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices, aligning with international best practices.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely reports for Riyad Bank, adhering to company and departmental requirements.

Operational Compliance

• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.
• Follow day-to-day operational procedures related to the role to ensure work continuity.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial services and retail banking products.
• Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Wadi Ad Dawasir, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Riyad Bank's Affluent Banking division. The role involves active engagement with clients and internal teams to support business objectives.
