Introduction to the Reporting Manager Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reporting Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to a major infrastructure program, focusing on comprehensive reporting for a significant mixed-use development.

Role Context and Program Overview

The Reporting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of reporting for the program, reporting directly to the Project Controls Director. This role involves close coordination with the client's Project Controls team to ensure all requirements are met, alongside managing reports from the supply chain, including contractors and supervision consultants. The project is a major infrastructure program for a mixed-use development in Riyadh, aiming to be a globally recognized landmark. KBR provides Project Management Consultancy services encompassing project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation for the development and early works packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reporting requirements for the supply chain in accordance with the client's project controls team.
• Establish and implement reporting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the program management team on all aspects related to project controls.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Produce all required weekly and monthly reports for the program.
• Oversee a team of reporting assistants, where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 15 years of overall relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project roles.
• A minimum of 5 years of regional experience.

Reporting Structure and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the Project Controls Director. The role operates within the framework of a large-scale infrastructure program, requiring a structured and detail-oriented approach to reporting and project controls.
