The Role of Rescue Instructor

Alsalam Aerospace Industries is seeking a Rescue Instructor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for delivering high-quality training to rescue specialists, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining stringent standards for rescue and hoist operations. The role involves both theoretical and practical instruction, development of training materials, and adherence to applicable aviation and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate under the management of the organization and report directly to the General Directorate of Operations.
• Conduct training as a Rescue Specialist Instructor for helicopter operations, adhering to approved training syllabi. This includes basic and advanced courses such as Initial Rescue Specialist, Instructor Training, Live Hoist, and other relevant rescue operations.
• Develop, review, and update training materials in line with current operational and training requirements.
• Provide expert advice to operational leadership regarding aircrew and rescue specialist training needs.
• Create and maintain training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and related instructional documents specifically for helicopter rescue operations.
• Review and update existing training publications and materials as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain, update, and track training records and files for all rescue specialists assigned to helicopter operations.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Rescue Instructor position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in rescue operations and instruction.
