About the Role

Kingston Stanley is collaborating with a prestigious international professional services firm to appoint a Revenue Controller. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves taking ownership of the end-to-end billing and collections process within the firm's Finance team.

Role Context

The Revenue Controller will manage critical financial operations for the Riyadh office. This role requires close collaboration with senior finance stakeholders, international revenue teams, and key internal partners to ensure efficient and compliant revenue management and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and collection activities specifically for the Riyadh office.
  • Prepare and process accurate, timely, and high-quality client invoices.
  • Monitor unbilled fees, outstanding receivables, unapplied funds, and collection activity.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to support timely billing and payment.
  • Prepare and submit invoices through client e-billing platforms, resolving any rejections or reductions.
  • Review VAT application across the billing process to ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
  • Support VAT return preparation, reconciliations, and assist with ZATCA audits or enquiries.
  • Assist with revenue and accounts receivable reconciliations, year-end closing, and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure revenue and receivable balances are accurately reported in line with IFRS and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in billing, revenue management, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services organisation is strongly preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of KSA VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Elite 3E is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proactive, highly organised, and committed to delivering professional service.
