Gathern is seeking a Risk Management Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on strengthening the organization's risk posture and ensuring business continuity.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the enterprise risk posture by identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks. The Risk Management Lead will ensure risk-informed decision-making and support overall business continuity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and maintain comprehensive risk registers.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Perform detailed risk analysis for new initiatives and projects.
• Support business continuity and incident response planning activities.
• Prepare and present risk reports for leadership and governance committees.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness across all departments.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Prepare and maintain executive risk reports and dashboards for the CEO and Audit Committee to support informed decision-making and governance oversight.
• Develop, monitor, and periodically review the organization's Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Lead Business Continuity Management activities, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and participation in crisis management and incident response.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management practices across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in risk management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on critical risk management functions within the organization.
