About the Role

CAE is seeking a Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Sensor Operator Instructor for a full-time position in Riyadh, specifically near Al Majma'ah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering basic Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) training as part of a dedicated program. The instructor will work within a team to provide both academic and practical instruction in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and practical instruction in a classroom environment.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages.
• Identify and support customer needs and requests in a customer-facing capacity.
• Deliver RPA system training using various instructional aids, including multimedia presentations (videos, slides, PowerPoint), system components, and crew and group-based simulators.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive aviation experience.
• Demonstrated training experience.
• Varied computer skills, including text and graphics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an employment visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

The work will be conducted in a Defense & Security environment, requiring adherence to appropriate dress, grooming, and bearing standards. The primary setting for instruction is a classroom environment.
