About the Role

CAE is seeking a Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Sensor Operator Instructor for a full-time position in Riyadh, specifically near Al Majma'ah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering basic Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) training as part of a dedicated program. The instructor will work within a team to provide both academic and practical instruction in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

Provide academic and practical instruction in a classroom environment.
Develop, deliver, and maintain multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages.
Identify and support customer needs and requests in a customer-facing capacity.
Deliver RPA system training using various instructional aids, including multimedia presentations (videos, slides, PowerPoint), system components, and crew and group-based simulators.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of relevant experience.
Extensive aviation experience.
Demonstrated training experience.
Varied computer skills, including text and graphics.
Ability to obtain and maintain an employment visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

The work will be conducted in a Defense & Security environment, requiring adherence to appropriate dress, grooming, and bearing standards. The primary setting for instruction is a classroom environment.
