About the Role

Role Purpose

As a Specialist, you will contribute to creating a customer experience centered on Apple products and services. The position involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and fostering product ownership. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating them on purchase options.

• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge about Apple’s offerings and assisting with ownership opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy in tasks and adhere to established guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as required, including providing customer service and support in various areas of the store.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work a retail schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, based on business needs and local regulations.
