About the Role

Apple is seeking an SA Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on delivering customer service and building brand loyalty within the retail environment, specifically for Saudi and GCC Nationals.

Role Purpose

As a Specialist, you will contribute to creating a customer experience centered on Apple products and services. The position involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and fostering product ownership. This role operates within a culture that values inclusion and collaboration, aiming to inspire individuals to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating them on purchase options.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
  • Support colleagues by sharing knowledge about Apple’s offerings and assisting with ownership opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy in tasks and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including providing customer service and support in various areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting diverse perspectives and engaging in continuous learning.
  • Uphold Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work a retail schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, based on business needs and local regulations.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
