About the Role

Apple is seeking an SA Expert to join its Retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leveraging deep product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support sales within the Apple ecosystem. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of retail operations and customer engagement.

Role Purpose

As an Expert, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through Apple's products and services. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Apple ecosystem to facilitate sales, offer services, and ensure a high standard of customer interaction. The Expert also plays a role in mentoring peers to achieve strong results and foster an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain high performance in sales and service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on purchase options.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
  • Support colleagues by sharing knowledge about Apple products, services, and purchase options, and assist in identifying ownership opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy in all tasks and adhere to established guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including providing customer service and support in various store areas.
  • Contribute to an inclusive work environment by respecting differences and fostering a culture of learning.
  • Uphold Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Availability to work a retail schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, with reliable attendance in line with local laws and approved accommodations.
  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • A proven track record of achieving high-performing sales and customer experience results.
  • Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
  • Proficiency in resolving customer concerns through careful listening, learning, and presentation skills.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning about Apple products, services, and third-party offerings to enhance the customer experience.
  • Aptitude for supporting and educating the broader team by sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights.
