About the Role

Apple is seeking a SA Genius Admin to join its full-time retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Saudi and GCC Nationals. As a Genius Admin, you will serve as a service coordinator for all customer repairs, managing expectations and ensuring an efficient repair workflow. You will play a key role in organizing the Repair Room to support the Genius Bar team in delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all operational activities required for repair completion, including managing and tracking inventory and orders in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Assist with customer service issues, covering the repair intake process, identifying appropriate solutions, and managing the customer pickup process for completed repairs.
  • Provide peer feedback based on observations within the retail environment and the Repair Room.
  • Perform repair tasks as needed to support the Genius Bar team and meet customer demand.
  • Understand the processes involved in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems across all Apple products.
  • Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting product and service recommendations, and educating them on purchasing options.
  • Execute other tasks as required, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering a culture of learning.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related field. The role requires availability to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store. Reliable attendance as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations, is essential.
