About the Role

The Apple Retail store in Riyadh serves as a central hub where Apple's innovation meets exceptional customer experience. As a Genius Admin, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all customer repair operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Role Overview

In this role, you will function as a service coordinator for all customer repair processes, encompassing both quick fixes and more complex procedures. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, efficiently coordinating repair workflows, and organizing the repair room. Your contributions will directly support the Genius Bar team in delivering world-class service and quality to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all comprehensive operational activities that support repair completion, including inventory management, ordering, and tracking in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues, including receiving customer repair requests, providing support in finding suitable solutions, and managing the delivery of all completed repairs to customers.
  • Provide feedback to colleagues based on observations from the field and the repair room.
  • Complete repair tasks as needed to support the Genius Bar team and fulfill customer requests. This includes understanding processes related to troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing technical issues for all Apple products.
  • Deliver excellent Apple customer service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, recommending appropriate products and services, and educating customers on optimal purchasing methods.
  • Perform other duties as required, including supporting customer interaction activities both inside and outside the sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting diversity and fostering curiosity that encourages learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work according to business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in a retail store. Commitment to scheduled attendance in line with local laws and approved accommodations.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or related work fields.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
