Core Responsibilities

• Verify the readiness and functionality of all safety and security equipment.
• Monitor the performance and compliance of security guards.
• Oversee CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities.
• Provide support in the supervision of security personnel.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and escalate critical issues as required.
• Ensure strict compliance with established safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and the closure of identified findings.
• Support safety training programs, inductions, and awareness activities for staff.
