Role Overview: Sales and Education Manager, Sol de Janeiro

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Sales and Education Manager for Sol de Janeiro, based in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing in-store performance, brand experience, and education for Sol de Janeiro within the Saudi market. The position involves significant field presence, coaching beauty advisors, driving sell-out, and supporting consumer activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured visits to Sephora locations to ensure adherence to brand standards, visibility, and merchandising excellence.
• Drive sell-out performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets, identifying opportunities at the store level.
• Monitor stock levels, testers, and visual merchandising compliance, reporting issues to the Key Account Manager (KAM).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, beauty advisors, and retailer field teams.
• Deliver product training and brand storytelling sessions to beauty advisors, both in-store and during retailer education days.
• Coach beauty advisors on Sol de Janeiro selling techniques, hero products, key launches, and seasonal offerings.
• Support consumer-facing activations, in-store events, and animations across KSA.
• Provide on-ground support for PR events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.
• Coordinate logistics with retailer marketing teams and external agencies as required.
• Provide regular sell-out reports, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to the KAM in Paris.
• Travel to Dubai for client meetings, regional reviews, and team alignment sessions.
• Represent the KSA market perspective within the broader Middle East strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in sales or account management within the beauty, premium, or luxury FMCG sectors, ideally in KSA and/or UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA beauty market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and in-store execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across KSA and periodically to Dubai.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
• Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and reporting to a remote manager.
• Based in KSA with a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Package.
