Sales Development Representative

About the Role

KinFitz & Co. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is the first SDR hire for a rapidly growing fintech startup focused on post-purchase infrastructure, specifically instant refund technology for e-commerce merchants. The role offers direct exposure to enterprise sales and a new product category within the KSA market, with opportunities for growth as the business expands into new products and international markets.

Company Overview

KinFitz & Co. is a KSA-based fintech startup that has developed instant refund technology, significantly reducing the time customers wait for refunds from 14-21 days to under 30 seconds. The company is seed-funded and is currently building its commercial team to scale its product to enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities across LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team.
• Work from a curated target account list of KSA e-commerce and retail brands.
• Research accounts, identify appropriate contacts, and craft tailored outreach communications.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to align pipeline activity with the go-to-market strategy.
• Track all activity and pipeline progress within the CRM system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in sales, with strong outbound fundamentals.
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated drive to build a career in sales within a fast-moving startup environment.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from SAR 7,000 to 10,000 per month, depending on experience. This includes performance-based commission and equity.
