The Role: Sales Executive – Market Expansion

As a Sales Executive – Market Expansion, you will contribute to Brkz's growth in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on establishing and strengthening relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers across the region. The compensation for this position is commission-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage contractors, builders, and suppliers directly in Riyadh.
• Generate qualified leads and develop a localized sales pipeline.
• Educate prospective clients on the Brkz platform and its benefits for sourcing and procurement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and close deals to drive business growth.
• Expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities within the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer success, and timely delivery.
• Partner with the Success team for the handover of newly closed accounts for ongoing relationship management.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform the company's expansion strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing. Experience in building materials or construction is an advantage.
• Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in the field.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
