The Role: Sales Executive (Saudi National)

Tahaluf is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales targets as outlined in the sales plan. The role requires effective lead sourcing, client management, and the provision of professional customer service and account insight to prospective exhibitors. Please note that applications for this role can only be accepted from Saudi Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed set revenue targets for assigned products and events in accordance with the sales plan.
  • Research and actively seek new business leads to maintain an ongoing sales pipeline.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop new business and revenue streams, including sponsorship and other non-square metre revenue sources, through market research, telephone contact, industry networking, and client meetings.
  • Conduct on-site account management to ensure high exhibitor satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure adherence to exhibitor satisfaction guidelines and secure feedback for improvement strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent and productive number of calls and meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Capture sales activities and calls, updating the CRM system accurately.
  • Complete timely and accurate sales progress reporting, including revenue versus target and activity reporting.
  • Monitor and research the market using online resources, customer feedback, and industry networking, including attending competitor events where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of floor plan optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to maximize client experience.
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.
