Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports detailing sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations.
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal team to achieve better results.
• Record sales and order information, reporting the same to the internal team.
• Keep track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team.

Required Experience
