Job Description
Role Overview
Leylaty Group is seeking a Sales Manager (Hospitality) to lead the growth of its outside catering services in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on expanding the client base for social events, corporate functions, and high-end events. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and developing strategic plans to increase market share within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outside catering sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and high-profile customers.
- Conduct client visits and presentations to promote catering services.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the KSA market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on client needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Professional Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the catering, hospitality, or related industries.
- An existing portfolio of clients and contacts in the corporate or social event sectors.
- Familiarity with event management and catering industry standards.
