Join Musco Sports Lighting as a Sales Representative Trainee!
We are excited to announce an opening in our sales team located in Dammam or Riyadh. As a Sales Representative Trainee, you will embark on the first step of your journey in our sales training program designed to cultivate proficient sales representatives tailored for the Saudi Arabia market.

Essential Criteria:
  • Saudi National or permanent resident in Saudi Arabia with work authorization.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to attend in-person training in Oskaloosa, Iowa, United States.
  • Entry-level university graduate with 0-3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Sports Management, Sales, Business, etc.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and establishing connections with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-disciplined with an independent work ethic.
  • Resilience in overcoming sales challenges.
  • Innovative problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a structured learning program to grasp market dynamics and Musco’s sales strategies.
  • Participate in meetings to learn project qualification processes and customer needs.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives with guidance to enhance sales communication skills.
  • Assist in developing educational strategies for various customer segments.
  • Learn to present and advocate for Musco’s products by shadowing experienced sales personnel.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to support customer requirements.
  • Participate in market research activities to analyze sales influencing factors.
  • Support sales management in operational tasks and strategic planning.
  • Assist in tradeshows and conferences for promotional activities.
  • Prepare for the transition to a Sales Representative role by adopting effective sales strategies.
