About the Sales Specialist Account Growth Role
Fresha is seeking a Sales Specialist Account Growth to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves building relationships and driving monetization of the Fresha platform within the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist Account Growth, you will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators related to monetization and revenue growth. This involves proactively engaging with and educating Fresha partners on the platform's value. A significant part of the role includes introducing, educating, and converting partners to Fresha’s payments solution. Additionally, you will optimize listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
Partnership and Relationship Management
You will serve as a dedicated advisor for your assigned partner accounts, guiding them through product adoption. This includes advising partners on suitable product selections based on their specific needs. Building strong partner experiences through video meetings and effectively communicating Fresha’s features and benefits is crucial. Collaboration with internal Sales and Onboarding teams is essential for smooth partner transitions. You will also provide product feedback to the Product teams to aid in future enhancements.
Sales and Commercial Acumen
The role requires the application of consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and requirements. There is an expectation to upsell and cross-sell the Fresha Platform effectively. Demonstrating commercial motivation and the ability to adapt and achieve targets is key. Experience in using and analyzing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes is also a requirement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess demonstrable experience in a partner-facing role with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data effectively are necessary. The role demands a proactive and inquisitive approach with a desire for continuous learning and improvement. Previous experience in an outbound sales environment or a related sales position is preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential. A creative thinking and problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, is important. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment and be a team player.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, office-based role in Riyadh. Fresha fosters a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, requiring employees to work from the office five days per week.
