About MoonTech and the Role
MoonTech is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, commercially focused position central to MoonTech’s growth strategy, specifically open to Saudi Nationals. The role involves driving new revenue and establishing scalable processes to support expansion across key markets.
Role Purpose and Strategic Impact
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in leading brand acquisition efforts, building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline, and converting high-potential leads into long-term strategic partnerships. This position offers an opportunity to define MoonTech’s go-to-market approach, shape its sales playbook, and influence sales strategy as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong top-of-funnel pipeline across target verticals.
- Manage brand acquisition end-to-end, including prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing deals.
- Clearly articulate and sell MoonTech’s value proposition, emphasizing performance, control, and ROI.
- Collaborate with brands to understand their goals and objectives, translating them into effective campaigns on the platform.
- Track and analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall revenue performance.
- Contribute to the refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy during company scaling.
- Assist in developing the function’s sales processes, playbooks, and operating model.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to enhance onboarding, activation, and time-to-value for clients.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Demonstrated experience selling SaaS, platform solutions, or performance-driven products.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort with owning sales targets.
- Ability to build and establish processes effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Commercially astute communicator and a confident closer.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on growth and market expansion, with salary details to be discussed during the interview process.
