Role Summary

Red Production KSA is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a results-driven professional with 5-10 years of experience, focused on driving the company's growth. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value B2B deals within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Promote Red Production's integrated services, including Branding, Digital Marketing, Media Production, Corporate Events, Exhibitions & Booths, PR Services, Website & App Development, and AI Business Solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
• Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate new opportunities.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on opportunities and ensure successful project handovers and smooth project execution through coordination with internal departments.
