Role Overview: Co-op / Tamheer Trainee

Sanabil Studio is seeking Co-op and Tamheer trainees for full-time positions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in gaining practical exposure within startup environments. Trainees will work either within Sanabil Studio or one of its portfolio ventures, with placements determined by background and interests. Potential specializations include Product, Operations, Marketing, Business, HR, Finance, Data, Design, Content, Strategy, and Technology.

Key Experiences and Responsibilities

• Support teams across various ventures and projects at different stages of growth.
• Gain practical exposure to startup operations, product development, business strategy, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, design, marketing, and venture teams.
• Participate in research, market analysis, brainstorming sessions, and execution support.
• Learn the process of venture building from idea validation to launch and scaling.
• Contribute to active projects with direct ownership and impact.

Candidate Profile

• Eligible for a Co-op training program or Tamheer program, or a recent graduate.
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn within a startup environment.
• Adept at problem-solving and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Interested in startups, technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or venture building.
• Experience in student clubs, side projects, internships, entrepreneurship programs, or content creation is considered a plus.
