Job Description
Position Summary
HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a professional with significant expertise in SAP Human Capital Management, specifically within payroll functionalities and processes. The consultant will contribute to the implementation and optimization of payroll solutions.
Core SAP Payroll Expertise
The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the fundamental components of SAP Payroll. This includes a deep understanding of core payroll mechanisms and their application in various scenarios.
- Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
- In-depth knowledge of Wage Types, including Processing Classes and Evaluation Class.
- Strong understanding of schema and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).
System Integration and Data Management
The role requires expertise in integrating SAP Payroll with various systems and managing data transfer processes efficiently. Candidates should be adept at ensuring seamless data flow between platforms and external systems.
- Ability to use Idoc’s to transfer pay results to downstream systems.
- Proficiency in integration between SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP Payroll and external systems.
- Proficiency in DME (Data Medium Exchange) processes.
Localization and Specialized Process Knowledge
A critical aspect of this position involves specialized knowledge of regional payroll requirements and specific HR processes. The consultant will apply hands-on experience in these areas to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll of Saudi Localization processes and Travel and Expenses.
- Experience in Positive Time Management is considered beneficial for this role.
Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess a substantial professional background in SAP HCM Payroll. The role demands a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing payroll solutions within complex environments.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of direct experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
Work Environment and Location
This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within HCLTech. The consultant will operate in a professional environment, contributing to critical payroll functions and supporting organizational objectives in the region.
