About T&S and the Role

Tools & Solutions (T&S) is a B2B service provider in the GCC, specializing in corporate, HR, and digital solutions, including SAP implementation. The company serves a diverse client base, including Saudi government entities and leading corporations. T&S is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant for a full-time outsourcing opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and maintain core SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Travel Management (TV).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather and validate requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Perform comprehensive system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support for payroll processing, payroll schema customization, and payroll troubleshooting.
• Configure various HR functionalities such as leave management, attendance, work schedules, shifts, overtime, holidays, and absence quotas.
• Implement and support SAP Travel Management processes, covering travel requests, expenses, reimbursements, and settlements.
• Troubleshoot production issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
• Support SAP upgrades, patches, and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company HR policies.
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer to project teams.
• Prepare essential functional documentation, configuration documents, and end-user manuals.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of hands-on SAP HCM implementation and support experience.
• Demonstrated expertise across SAP Time Management, SAP Payroll, SAP Travel Management, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience with full project lifecycle implementations, including Blueprint, Realization, Go-Live, and Support phases.
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, personnel calculations, and payroll processing.

Required Technical and Functional Skills

• Proficiency in configuring Leave Management, Attendance & Absence, Work Schedules, Shift Planning, Overtime, and Public Holidays.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with Finance (FI/CO), SuccessFactors, or other third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts related to HCM.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
• Experience with SAP Fiori for HCM applications.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM environments.
• Experience with Middle East Payroll, particularly Saudi Arabia Payroll.
• SAP HCM Certification.
