About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on the day-to-day support, configuration, and enhancement of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and accurate business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, minimizing disruption to HR operations.
• Receive, assess, and prioritize incident tickets across all SuccessFactors modules.
• Provide functional support for SAP Payroll and Time Management related incidents.
• Investigate and diagnose technical issues, functional discrepancies, and data problems reported by end-users.
• Develop and implement effective solutions for incident resolution, ensuring minimal system downtime.
• Ensure adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely incident resolution.
• Support and optimize SuccessFactors modules to enhance business functionality and system performance.
• Configure and customize relevant business areas to align system behavior with defined business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive test scripts and perform various testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Provide detailed Functional Specifications to the Technical Team for custom development requirements.
• Document configuration settings and prepare clear guidelines for future modifications or repairs.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time constraints.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems and procedures, and identify automation opportunities.
• Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems or any relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding is essential.
• Additional knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and integration points is beneficial.
